Listings that contain discriminatory preferences or limitations will be removed.

RoommateAds is a platform for connecting users. We do not verify the identity of users, perform background checks, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing. You use the Site at your own risk. We strongly recommend reading our Safety Tips before meeting anyone in person or exchanging money.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoommateAds, its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to disputes between users, property damage, personal injury, fraud, or financial loss.
